Kestrel family

One male adult and two young Common Kestrels (tornfalk). Hålanda, 28 July 2013. Camera: Canon XL-H1A first with original 20x zoom lens, then with Canon FD 100-300mm, effective focal length 2.100 mm. Sound: inbuilt microphone, unfiltered.

There may be two flying adults in the first scenes. The bird seen in the last scene might also be an adult female, but the pattern on its breast together with its somewhat childish behaviour (bad balance, and check how it studies the feather at its feet!) makes me rather certain that it is a youngster.
