A hunting osprey (fiskgjuse) near the outlet of Hornborgasjön, Västergötland, July 16 and 19, 2013. Camera: Canon XL-H1A with Canon FD 100-300mm, effective focal length 2.100 mm. This is not a very good movie of an osprey and I have put it here mainly as a technical illustration. The first parts were shot at 400-500 meters on an evening with much turbulence in the air, so it was impossible to get a sharp picture (look at the swans). The last part was shot at 800-1000 meters on a clearer day. Look at the Great Crested Grebe (skäggdopping) behind the osprey.
